Woven in Breath

We’re woven in Breath...
You’re the warp I’m the weft!
We were chosen
To be clothed in
The motion and rest...
Smudged in the roses...
Submerged in the depths!
Plunged into dye
Oh! the color of death!
Revived in the tapestry
Of ravishing sky!
Like dusk and twilight...
A dream come to life!
If stars were raindrops
We’d be soakin’ in light!
If not for Love...
Then how would we survive?
Every heart needs its blood…
Every vision needs an eye!
Every shadow needs a form...
And every wave needs a tide!
You were never far away
But ever close
Like a vein...
Pulsin’ in my neck…
The essence of all things!
